Cancelling your order

If you decide to cancel your order, please notify Baby Brezza Canada Service immediately either by phone (1-800-667-8184) or email (service@babybrezza.ca).

Emails and voicemails will be responded to within 24 hours with the exception to weekends and holidays. If you email or leave a voicemail during this time we will get back to you the following business day. Customer Service is open Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST.

NOTE: Please note that we are experiencing significant supply chain issues including delays in receiving raw materials, overseas shipping delays and shipments stuck for weeks in ports due to worker shortages. We are working as hard as possible to estimate the most accurate delivery timeframe for your orders but these factors are out of our control and have forced us to change delivery dates at the last minute. We appreciate your patience as we continue to navigate these challenges.

If your order has not left our warehouse, we will cancel the order and refund your account.

If the order has left our warehouse and is in transit, we ask you to refuse the delivery so the order will be returned to our warehouse. Once we have received the returned order we will refund your account.
