Rules:
- Price match is strictly limited to items purchased at BabyBrezza.ca.
- Only one price adjustment can be claimed within 7 days of purchase from Babybrezza.ca.
- The item must be identical (color, size, model number) and in stock at the qualifying online retailer including Amazon.ca (excluding marketplace sellers), Babies R Us, Best Buy, Walmart and Canadian Tire.
- The price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of match. We will check the qualifying online retailer website to validate price, item and availability.
- BabyBrezza.ca order number or receipt is required for price adjustments after purchase.
Exclusions:
- Clearance, flash sales, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items.
- Coupon offers, email signup offers, loyalty cards, promotional codes, credit card offers, gift card offers.
- Excludes products sold by a marketplace seller/third-party reseller, unauthorized reseller, on Ebay/Mercado and any other website or retail store not explicitly listed in these Rules & Limitations.
- Validation of price, item, and availability will be checked against the website of the qualifying online retailer.
- Circulars, printed ads, email discounts & brick and mortar store prices cannot be validated and are excluded from price matching.

It is important that you first call our Customer Care Department at 1-800-667-8184 to advise us that you are returning your product and to get a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be written on the outside of the returned parcel. Our Customer Care Representative will be happy to assist you regarding the procedures for returning or exchanging your product.
